This liqueur is made from rhubarb, strawberry and vanilla and gives you immediate associations with summer with the slightly acidic flavour of rhubarb combined with the sweetness of strawberry and finally enhanced by the taste of Bourbon vanilla.
The Rhubarb has a wide appeal amongst young as well as more mature connoisseurs of both genders. The product contains 18% alcohol and is a serious contender for a classic aperitif with the perfect balance between fruit and alcohol.
NORLIQ Rhubarb is also very popular as a mixer in cock- tails or for marinating fruits for trifles and other desserts.
