About NORLIQ and Liqueurs
Creme De Sureau was developed in the late 1990s by René Christensen based on a young man’s fascination with the potential to create new and exciting
liqueurs. After 15 years and many experiments
the product now known as Creme De Sureau was perfected and and marketed by RC Wine.
Positive responses prompted René to expand his vision and resulted in the development of a second product at the end of 2013, Creme De Cerise.
At the same time a very small production of liqueur made from green walnuts was launched.
René’s opportunity to fully realize the potential of these products was helped by a chance meeting and subsequent link-up with Per Rasmussen, who has long experience in finance, administra- tion and marketing.
Together they founded NORLIQ I/S, where all activities, deve- lopment and expansion are based on a dynamic partnership. The continued progress has resulted in an expansion of markets and also in products with the launch of a Rhubarb liqueur during summer 2017.
An existing keen interest – both from domestic and internatio- nal companies – will surely result in further growth of existing products and – over time – result in the introduction of new varieties of top-grade liqueurs.
